The terms that govern your purchases and use of the Blends4U website and services.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on this website and to all quotations and agreements for our custom coffee services. “Blends4U”, “we”, and “us” refer to Blends4U, Purok 2, Bgy. Kaytambog, Indang, Cavite, Philippines. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products and orders
All products — including the Simbang Kape and Kape Fiesta collections — are subject to availability. An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Roasted coffee is a perishable food product. Best-before dates and storage instructions are printed on the packaging; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through PayMongo (QR Ph, e-wallets, and debit/credit cards). We never receive or store your card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Standard (J&T / JRS): ₱99 flat rate nationwide, 3–5 business days — FREE for orders ₱1,500 and above.
- Express (Grab Express): 1–2 business days, Metro Manila only.
- Pick-up: free, at our roastery in Indang, Cavite, Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or holidays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct.
5. Custom and wholesale services
Bespoke blends for cafés, hotels, restaurants, events, and corporate clients are governed by a separate written quotation covering flavor development, sample roasts, minimum order quantities, packaging, lead times, and payment schedule. Production begins only after you approve the final sample roast and label proof; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation terms on custom orders.
6. Intellectual property
The Blends4U name and logo, the Simbang Kape and Kape Fiesta collections, sachet artwork, blend stories, photography, and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission. For custom orders, you retain ownership of the branding you supply and warrant that you have the right to use it; we may photograph finished custom products for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or attempting to interfere with its operation.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law, including your rights under the Consumer Act (RA 7394). Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Coffee is naturally caffeinated; consult a doctor about caffeine intake if pregnant or sensitive to caffeine.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be brought before the proper courts of Cavite, without prejudice to remedies available through the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
1. What we collect
- Order information: name, email, phone number, and delivery address — provided by you at checkout or through our inquiry form.
- Business inquiries: company details and requirements you share when requesting custom coffee services.
- Payment: handled entirely by PayMongo. We receive only a confirmation of payment — never your card or e-wallet credentials.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to process and deliver orders, respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and — only if you subscribe — send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
Only what is necessary, with parties needed to fulfill your order: our couriers (J&T Express, JRS, Grab Express) receive your name, address, and phone number for delivery; PayMongo processes your payment. Each is required to protect your data under their own privacy obligations.
4. Cookies and device storage
Your cart contents and the delivery details you choose to save are stored locally on your own device (browser storage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
5. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes under Philippine law, then securely disposed of. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Security
This site is served over SSL/TLS encryption, and access to order information is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
7. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
8. Children
Our products and website are intended for purchasers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes and contact

Refund & Cancellation
Coffee is a perishable food product, so our policy balances food safety with fairness. Here is exactly what to expect.
1. Cancelling an order
You may cancel any retail order free of charge before it is dispatched — email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once handed to the courier, an order can no longer be cancelled, but the situations below may still apply.
2. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Report these within 7 days of delivery to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at your choice. You do not need to return damaged goods.
3. Quality concerns
If an unopened product is faulty (e.g. defective seal, past best-before on arrival), contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
4. What we cannot refund
- Opened or partially consumed coffee, for food-safety reasons — unless faulty.
- Change-of-mind returns after dispatch (coffee is perishable and roasted to order in small batches).
- Orders delayed by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
5. Custom and wholesale orders
Because bespoke blends are developed and roasted specifically for you:
- Cancellation before sample-roast approval: refund of amounts paid, less flavor-development and sampling costs already incurred.
- Cancellation after you approve the final sample and label proof: the production deposit is non-refundable.
- Defects in custom production (wrong roast profile vs. approved sample, packaging errors) are re-produced at our cost.
6. Pick-up orders
Pick-up orders are held at our Indang roastery for 14 days. We will remind you before the window lapses; unclaimed orders after that are refunded less a ₱100 restocking fee.
7. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayMongo and typically appear within 5–15 banking days, depending on your bank or e-wallet. We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated.
8. How to file a request
Email [email protected] (Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM) with your order number, the items concerned, photos if applicable, and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We respond within 2–3 business days. This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).
